FloorEstimator® IS NOW INTEGRATED WITH THE QUICKBOOKS® PRODUCTS

Sigma Micro Systems, Inc. today announced that FloorEstimator® 7.0 will now share data with Intuit’s QuickBooks® software products—including QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Contractor editions, QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, QuickBooks Online Edition, and Canadian editions of QuickBooks. This exchange of critical data, such as Products, Labor Items, Accessories, Customer, Job and Vendor, will help small businesses who use both products to manage their business more efficiently—saving them valuable time, money, and resources.

Responding to strong customer demand, Sigma Micro Systems, Inc. has incorporated this feature directly into FloorEstimator® 7.0 as a new module, significantly reducing the time and effort it takes to keep information up-to-date and increasing FloorEstimator® value to the customer. By using FloorEstimator’s integration module, transferring time is reduced by as much as 80%. FloorEstimator® integrated with QuickBooks empowers users to:

• Pull Customer/Job information from QuickBooks to FloorEstimator® and Auto Update Customer and Vendor Information from FloorEstimator® to QuickBooks.

• Create Estimates, Invoices and Sales Receipts from FloorEstimator® directly into QuickBooks.

• Auto Update Products, Labor items, and accessories from FloorEstimator® to QuickBooks
